“Priority Payment and Counter Service”, in partnership with the Social Welfare Bureau, has been carried out in 2015 to strengthen the community and residential care services as well as to build a harmonious community. The disabled people and the elderly with the Senior Citizen Card can pay their electricity bills at the CEM Customer Service Centres through using this priority service.
